Service Usage

By using SeeGo's services, you agree to comply with all applicable Sri Lankan laws and regulations.

All online payments are processed via PayHere.

Service Availability

Ride availability is subject to driver availability in your area. We cannot guarantee service at all times or in all locations.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Pay the fare for services rendered

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain valid licenses and insurance
• Ensure vehicles are in good working condition
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide professional and courteous service
• Follow the most efficient route unless instructed otherwise

5. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be made through the SeeGo mobile app or website. Cancellations must be made at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees.

6. Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance and time
• Payments are processed securely through PayHere payment gateway
• Maximum transaction value is LKR 15,000
• All prices include applicable taxes

7. Liability

SeeGo is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or vehicle breakdowns.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
